charges. Some will charge a monthly fee, others will not. Some charge a minimum
usage fee, some do not. Some

distance providers charge a PIC fee for any toll free lines,
others only charge PIC fees to businesses, and still others charge a PIC fee for
any toll free line after the first one.
In general there is no one thing that will help you decide which

distance service is right for you. It has to be a combination of the best

the lowest fees, and the best available features.
